Payment Terms
Individuals may pay though web site using Pay Pal. All other payment arrangements must be pre- approved.
Business or personal check will be held for 5-business day’s to ensure clearance prior to shipping your order.
All credit card orders will be subject to a 2.5% service charge.

Pricing
All pricing is subject to change without verbal or written notice. Our price lists are intended as a guideline only. Marine Toys assumes no responsibility for errors or omissions on products or pricing.

Freight / Shipping
All shipping charges will be charged prepaid to customers account.
All orders will be shipped Via UPS, FedEx Ground or best method unless specified by customer. All orders are F.O.B Delta B.C. Canada. Any and all claims of shortages must be reported with in 24 hrs of receiving shipment. If shipment arrives damaged, damaged claim must be made with shipper, Do not return to Marine Toys without approval. Drop Ship fees may be incurred if shipping address if different than billing address.
An additional charge may also be applied if customer requests special shipping company or instructions.

Special orders
A 50% deposit required on all special orders. No returns or refunds on special orders
Refused Shipments
Shipments returned to Marine Toys marked “refused” or “not in when driver called” will immediately cause customers account status to be frozen until return shipping charges are paid.

Returns
A 30% restocking fee will be charged to any and all Items returned within 15 days. Unused merchandise must be returned with shipping charges prepaid. Merchandise returned collect will be refused. Please include a copy of the original dated purchase invoice with return.

Warranty
All products stocked by Marine Toys carry original manufacture warranty, these may vary between items. Limited to repair or replacement. All Marine Toys products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship.

Disclaimer
Users /Customers of Marine Toys products and their vendors agree not to hold Marine Toys or their vendors, its owners or employees responsible for any damages occurring by improper installation or use. The companies, owners or employees will not be liable for more than the cost of the original product purchased, and in no event will Marine Toys or its venders, and employee’s be liable for special, indirect or consequential damages of any kind.
